International
No international orders are accepted from the Exagym web pages.
Ordering
An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product at the price and delivery charges specified on this website. Exagym reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason. Prices, products, delivery charges and product/service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification.
To efficiently process your order you must submit your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and the expiry date of your credit card. You must provide accurate personal details and information and must not transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus, malicious computer code transmitted on, or through the website, or other harmful component.
Your contract with Exagym is operable when Exagym advises that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment is confirmed.
Payment
Exagym accepts the following credit cards:- Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Please note that your credit card is automatically charged once your order is processed on line.
Electronic funds transfer (EFT) is available. If you wish to make a transfer instead of using a credit card online, please contact us on (02) 9953 4490.
At present we are not able to accept web payment made with a non-Australian credit card, given the limitations that we face in establishing that the user of the card is legitimate. Payments from overseas customers are not accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer.
Paypal is available for those with a valid Paypal account.
Termination
Exagym (where appropriate) reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion and at any time without notice. All restrictions, licences granted by you and all disclaimers and limitations of liability by Exagym set out in the Terms will survive termination.
