The Blackroll Groove Pro is our hardest foam roller with grooves, offering a deep tissue massage and a ridged surface to stimulate blood flow. It is 50% harder than the Blackroll standard foam roller, built to the same high quality standard as all of their other products. Each groove causes a slight vibration throughout the area to improve circulation and fascial release. The Groove Pro is extremely hard and is therefore recommended for professionals only.
