The Align-Pilates Roll Up Pole – Wood assists in standing exercises, allowing you to concentrate on single-leg exercises without loss of balance.

Generally used with an Align-Pilates Sitting Box (Available separately) The Pole is made from solid Canadian Maple Wood.
