The Comfort Arc seat with lumbar support provides just the right amount of support and cushioning for an effective workout. The R20 Touch also features a stunning 10″ touchscreen HD display with Virtual Active programmes which take you off to different destinations. It is also iPod and iPhone compatible which can be used for tracking your workout with Nike Plus and comes with contact hand grips as well as a free wireless chest strap for the most accurate Heart Rate monitoring.
