The ideal gear pulley ratio and a heavy 11kg flywheel provide a smooth and quiet ride. The breathable Comfort Arc reclining mesh seat will keep you cool and comfortable. The R40 Touch also features a stunning 10″ touchscreen HD display with 2 Virtual Active workouts. It also has iPod and iPhone connectivity which allows you to track your workouts with Nike Plus and comes with contact hand grips and wireless chest strap for the most accurate Heart Rate monitoring.
